Madden & McHugh sources antique and modern decorative objects, lighting and art - for collectors who want their homes to hold real history, not just old things.

Founded by Leah Madden and based in central London, we work directly with private collectors and interior designers to find pieces that don't just furnish a room, but complement the way people actually live in it.

Leah grew up in it, quite literally. As the child of art dealers, she caught the antiques bug early - spending childhood weekends at fairs and trade shows. That grounding took her somewhere unexpected first: over two decades in working in fashion management for some of the industry's best-known brands and retailers. But the collection she'd been quietly building on the side never stopped growing, and eventually it made the decision for her - Madden & McHugh became her full-time pursuit.

That dual background is how we buy today: an eye trained on provenance and craftsmanship, and one trained on what actually looks right in a modern room.
