Ladder Back Brutalist Style Milking Stool

An unusual low Oak and Elm four legged stool with a ladder back. Brutalist in style and possibly used as a solid milking stool.

Origin unknown but thought to be English 19th century. Milking stools were used by local farmers and shepherds.
