School of Francesco Londonio (Italian, 1723-1783). Francesco Londonio (1723–1783) was a Milanese painter and engraver celebrated for intimate pastoral scenes filled with peasants and animals, rendered in a refined late-Baroque/Rococo style.

Condition is relatively good for its age, but with a small tear in the top of the paper (not affecting the drawing).
